Andaman Imports will only refund goods that have been received and do not meet the original written purchase order requirements. We ask that you contact us immediately so we can resolve this issue promptly. Returned goods must be inspected in full by Andaman Imports before any refund applies. Teak being returned must be in its original condition. There is no refund on goods that have been wrongly purchased.
Our refund policy does not apply when timber has been lost or damaged in transit or damaged by the receiver ie: cut incorrectly or dropped.
As transportation is not our business, we Andaman Imports will on behalf of you (our client), organise delivery of the goods. This organisation service is free. The transport charges will be on forwarded to our client at cost. We cannot organise insurance. Insurance cover of goods will need to be arranged by the client, if required. All care will be taken when preparing the goods for transport ie: dressed material will be double bubble wrapped and rough sawn material single bubble wrapped.
Once goods are dispatched from our factory, Andaman Imports will email or fax the consignment note to customer/receiver who can liaise directly with the applicable transport company to ascertain the delivery status of the freighted goods. It is the responsibility of the customer/receiver to ensure they are available to receive the freighted goods from the transport company. Andaman Imports will not be responsible for re-arranging delivery or costs incurred regarding subsequent deliveries/attempted deliveries.
Andaman Imports will not be responsible for any costs incurred from the transport company regarding goods held by them awaiting re-delivery.
Andaman Imports will not be responsible for lost or damaged goods.
