Refund Policy
Andaman Imports will only refund goods that have been returned to us in original condition and do not meet the original written Purchase Order sizes and requirements. Under some circumstances a re-stocking fee of 20% may apply. We ask that you contact us immediately so we can resolve this issue promptly. Returned goods must be inspected in full by Andaman Imports before any refund applies. Teak being returned must be in its original condition. There is no refund on goods that have been wrongly purchased. There is no refund or exchange on custom profile machined Teak goods. Our refund policy does not apply when timber has been lost or damaged in transit or damaged by the receiver ie: cut incorrectly or dropped.
Delivery Policy
As transportation is not our business, we Andaman Imports can on your behalf, organise the freight delivery of the goods. The transport charges will be on forwarded to our client. We cannot organise insurance. Insurance cover of goods will need to be arranged by the client, if required. All care will be taken when preparing the goods for transport via our pack and wrap service.
Once goods are dispatched from our factory, Andaman Imports will email the freight consignment note to customer/receiver who can liaise directly with the applicable transport company to ascertain the delivery status and ETA of the freighted goods. It is the responsibility of the customer/receiver to ensure they are available to receive and unload accordingly (with own forklift if/as applicable) the freighted goods from the transport company. Andaman Imports will not be responsible for re-arranging delivery or for any costs incurred regarding subsequent deliveries/attempted deliveries.
Andaman Imports will not be responsible for any costs incurred from the transport company regarding goods held by them / in storage etc, awaiting re-delivery.
Andaman Imports will not be responsible for lost or damaged goods.
